As the data provider, dxFeed charges for the data access only. dxFeed has a flat fee rate, which means that the subscription costs the price specified on our website, no extra fees, and no minimum length of the contract. Market data fees are charged immediately upon subscribing to the first month.
Note
dxFeed subscriptions are purchased and billed for only 1 subscription month at a time. It is not possible to customize the subscription period and access shorter or longer durations (2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.)
When you purchase a subscription at get.dxfeed.com you agree to be automatically billed every 30 days from the purchase date until you cancel the subscription. The next billing date and the price for the next subscription month are indicated in your account personal area on the Subscriptions page.
We always send an upcoming payment notification letter from no-reply at dxfeed dot com to your email the day before billing so you could be ready for it. If you do not want to renew the subscription - you can cancel it at any time before the billing date. Detailed instructions on how to cancel the subscription you can find in the How to cancel my subscription guide.
If the auto-renewal for a subscription is not canceled and during the billing process a problem of any kind occurs (not enough money on a card or some bank-related problem) we shall repeat the payment two more times in four-hour intervals. If all billing attempts fail, the subscription expires on the next day after the first auto-billing attempt. In this case, if you want to continue using our service, you need to manually purchase a subscription once again. Here is an article on how to do so: Subsequent purchase of the subscription after cancelation.
