How to buy a subscription?

Subscribing to dxFeed data in the 3rd party applications listed on get.dxfeed.com is easy. It won’t take much of your time. You'll need:

• A valid email address

• A valid bank card

Step 1. Start Your Application

1. Go to get.dxfeed.com

2. Choose the required platform and click its icon.

3. Select your subscriber status. In the “Your status” area read Devexperts Market Data Self Certification for Professional and Non-professional subscribers and find the exchanges that you are interested in. Choose your status based on the requirements of the exchange for which you will purchase data.

4. Select the required subscription(s) to add them to your order. To get more information about a subscription, click the Details button to the right of its name.

   

5. Make sure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Then select the checkbox to agree to their terms.

6. Select the checkbox if you would like to receive notifications regarding other dxFeed products, services, and events (optional).

   

7. Click the Continue button to proceed to the next step.

Step 2. Log in

You’ll be redirected to the authorization form that has two options: Log In or Sign up.

Step 2.a. Creating a new account

1. Click the Sign Up tab.

2. Type in your valid email address and password.

3. Click the Sign Up button.

4. A confirmation letter will be sent to your email. Please verify your email by opening the received “Welcome to get.dxfeed.com” email and clicking the Confirm my account hyperlink.

   

5. Your default web browser will be opened up showing the Email Verified. Your email address was successfully verified page.

6. Return to your "Review and pay" page at get.dxfeed.com – it will display the Email has been verified popup at the top of the page.

   

Step 2.b. Logging in with an existing dxFeed account

1. Choose the Log In tab.

2. Type in your email address and password for the dxFeed account.

3. Click the Log In button.

Step 3. Review and Pay

1. If it is your first time purchasing a dxFeed data subscription, then fill in your personal details. Please provide true, accurate, and complete information. Personal information is required by the exchanges for data access agreements.

2. Make sure you have read and understood our dxFeed Customer Services Agreement. Then select the checkbox next to it.

3. Make sure you have read and understood the selected exchange agreement(s) (if applicable). Then select the checkbox next to them.

   

4. To change selected subscriptions, click Edit Order.

5. If everything is correct, then click the Pay button to proceed to the next step.

   

Step 4. Payment

1. Fill in your Card Information and click the Process Transaction button.

   

   Tip

   Please do not close the page while your payment is being processed.

2. After the successful payment, you will be redirected to the “Payment complete” page, and your order will be marked as PAID.

   

3. Your login and password for accessing the dxFeed data in the application of your selection will be sent to your email address. Please note that credentials are platform-specific and cannot be used in other applications.

4. This page will also contain instructions for configuring the dxFeed data feed connection in the application. If you close the page before the configuration is done, you can find instructions on the support portal in the Connection section.

   If the payment page does not open, or an error message is displayed, please try enabling a VPN connection and then retry opening the payment page.
