dxFeed retains information only about one billing card, the last one used during the purchase of a subscription (the subscription purchase process is described in How to register at get.dxfeed.com). However, if you would like to have a different card as the one card that is recognized by the dxFeed auto-billing system for withdrawal of funds for the extension of the subscription period, you can do so in two ways:
Purchase a subscription with a different card (other than the one you have paid with before).
You may change your billing card manually, without purchasing another subscription.
Go to get.dxfeed.com
Proceed to the “Subscriptions” tab found on the top-center of the dxFeed website.
There in the upper-right corner, press a button with the last four digits of your billing card.
After pressing that button, a pop-up window will appear giving you the option to change your billing card and notifying you of a fee for the change.
In order to change the card - click the Change button and finalize the payment by filling in the card details and clicking the Pay button.
After a successful change of the billing card, you will be redirected back to the “Subscriptions'' tab, where you are informed of the card change with a pop-up notification. You may also see the four last digits of the card that you have submitted in the top-right corner of the window.
If during the change process you have entered the wrong information, you will be notified of an error with the following message.
If after that you do not submit the correct card information, but instead return to the previous window or exit the website no operations will be performed and no notification will be sent to you.
Please note that the billing card change is only relevant for active subscriptions that you plan on continuing to use. The procedure of change does not affect expired or canceled subscriptions and does not automatically extend the period of use (you will still be billed from this card for the next month’s subscription unless you cancel it).
