As a data provider, dxFeed charges for the data access only. dxFeed has a flat fee rate which means that the subscription costs the price specified on our website, no extra fees, and no minimum length of the contract.
When you purchase a subscription at the dxFeed website you agree to be automatically billed every month from the purchase date unless you cancel the subscription.
We always send an upcoming payment notification letter from firstname.lastname@example.org to your email the day before billing so you could be ready for it. If you do not want to renew the subscription you can cancel it at any time and disable recurring billing. Please cancel your subscription before the end of the current paid period. Detailed instructions on how to cancel the subscription you can find in the How to cancel my subscription guide.
If your subscription isn’t canceled and during the billing, any problem appears (not enough money on your card or some bank-related problem) we’ll repeat the auto-renewal payment three more times in four-hour intervals. If all billing attempts fail, the subscription expires on the next day after the first auto-billing attempt. In this case, if you want to continue using our service, you’ll need to manually purchase a subscription once again. Here is an article on how to do so Subsequent purchase of the subscription after cancelation.
