If you encounter a problem with the data in a platform, you can report the problem to us using any of the methods described above.
When reporting an issue it is best to provide the Support team with a comprehensive view of your problem. Therefore, please, try to include the information listed below:

Full-sized screenshot(s) or video demonstrating an issue (PC time and the time of the platform should be visible. Please, also indicate your PC's time zone);

Name of the trading application(s);

The version of the trading application you are running;

The symbol(s) you’re requesting;

The exact timeframe of an issue (the time when you encountered a problem and when it was resolved if it was);

The operating system that you use (Windows, Mac, Linux);

The IP address you are connecting from (you can get it by typing "my IP" in your browser's search bar and it will be the very first result).
